About Me

What would it feel like to be heard, to know that you are valued and cared about and to believe that there is real hope for your future? Are you struggling in your marriage or relationship? I offer you a safe place to talk about and explore all those concerns.
Together we will identify specific issues and needs to establish achievable goals. Working collaboratively throughout the counseling and coaching process, we will continuously evaluate your progress as you become stronger and more confident in all of your life decisions.
From me you can expect warmth, empathy, humor and the use of practical tools that you can start applying right away. I will bring to every session an earnest desire to facilitate your growth and healing and will walk alongside you so that you never feel alone.
I work with couples from all walks of life. Some of the tools I use are from Gottman, Chapman and Harley. I have more than 14 years of counseling experience specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, grief and loss and lifestyle adjustments. Most recently I have been serving military families and first responders. I applaud you for taking this first step toward wellness and improving your relationship. Please feel free to contact me today!

She was an amazing counselor and we both felt heard. Once I re-instate my membership I would really like to have her back as our counselor.
