This ability to perspective take is quite beneficial when helping others to achieve their personal and professional goals! I am clinically trained as a cognitive behavioral therapist, though I understand and value the importance of developing a positive client/therapist relationship. Dr. Gardner is a phenomenal counselor. I immediately clicked with her because I felt that she really listened to my concerns. She is very passionate and straightforward, which is what I needed in a counselor. I’m thankful that our paths crossed and I’m learning so much about myself (I’m a practical manner) that I chose to tune out.
