For over 30 years, I have been helping individuals, couples, and families to feel better about themselves, improve their relationships and gain greater satisfaction in life . I utilize a cognitive, solution focused holistic approach, tailoring treatment to each individual's special needs. We will work collaboratively in a confidential, nonjudgmental atmosphere, tracking your progress to ensure treatment is working . I specialize in depression and anxiety, women's issues and relationship problems.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Virginia and Florida. I have completed post graduate work in Structural Family Therapy at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Pennsylvania State University. My clients have reported a deep sense of personal growth when given the tools and support they need.
