About me

I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor working out of NY with over 24 years experience. I primarily work with couples providing a holistic approach to therapy tailored around their needs and incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral and Client Centered Therapy with some Gestalt techniques. I have worked with couples with a wide range of concerns from self esteem, anxiety, family issues, ADHD, career guidance, parenting, and decision making. When working on relationship issues, I stress and teach active listening, good communication and relaxation techniques.
I believe that everyone is valuable and can improve their lives and circumstances and that every issue and concern deserves to be treated with dignity and respect in a safe and therapeutic way.
