About me

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, nationally board certified, with 27 years of experience. I"m also a Christian. I've worked in both community mental health, community colleges and the last 15 years in private practice. Though I've worked with all ages, my passion is working with couples to build an intentional, divinely inspired life and to identify (and overcome) the obstacles that get in the way of that!
I love helping couples find greater fulfillment. I do that by working with a couple to identify their values, expectations and goals for the relationship, as well as their communication and conflict resolution styles. Many of the problems that naturally occur within a relationship stem from a breakdown in communication, whether over money, family, sex, work or other issues.
People ARE capable of making changes, no matter what they've been through, no matter how hard it feels. I love watching the transformation that takes place with a couple when each person begins to see those changes happen (within themselves and in their partner).

Great overall experience, don’t know if it was offered but I would prefer a call or VC so that I can be fully present, especially if we are limited to sessions during the normal work day.
