I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience working with a variety of people in various ages and stages of life. have considerable experience working with couples struggling with a variety of marital problems such as communication, finance, intimacy/sex,parenting problems, infidelity, etc. Often, one or both people may have individual problems affecting the marriage, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, or self-esteem issues.
I believe one of the most important components in having a successful therapy experience is the ability to establish a rapport with my clients based on respect, honesty and openness. If you do not feel comfortable with me or see me as competent and capable, it will be much harder for you to be vulnerable, accept any assignments or challenges I may give you, or trust me to guide you through a sometimes painful or difficult process.
Therapy is a partnership. I am hear to help you with whatever concerns you have. If I see possibilities for other things that could be getting in the way of your goals I will bring them up, but ultimately it will be for you to decide if it is something you want to work through. If you want my opinion or advice, I will give it to you. I am not a therapist who will sit quietly and say "ummm hmmmm" or "how does that make you feel"... I may invite you to look at a situation from a different perspective, challenge you to approach a problem in a new way, or suggest follow up assignments for you to do after our sessions. I believe that success comes from learning how to do something different than what has been done before.
Research shows that the happiest people in life are those who are happily married, or in a happy committed relationship, while the unhappiest people in life are those in unhappy marriages/partnerships. If want help working through the challenges in your marriage or relationship, and are ready to look at yourself as well as your partner, I can help you.
I look forward to hearing from you.

So Dayna is my first experience with counseling. She made my experience easy and just started by asking a few questions than it felt completely natural talking with her. I appreciate her expertise and ability to adapt using examples to illustrate to me what point shes trying to teach me. I really like how she has given my wife and I trigger words to allow us instead of fighting just kindly tell each other that we need a minute or that they need to take a minute. She's always prompt on schedule and if her previous session runs a little over she notifies you as quick as possible.
Dayna is fantastic! She has supported me through so many trying times. I love that she doesn't tell me what I want to hear. She is completely honest and does it in a loving way.
Danya is incredible. She has saved my marriage. She has helped us out so much.
She’s the best! Dayna is really helping me through a very difficult time right now.
She knows what she’s doing and is great at it. After every session I walk away with knowledge and strength.
Dayna has been super professional and friendly. My wife and I have really enjoyed meeting with her and she got straight to our issues. She has been very insightful and it has made a huge difference in our lives.
