As a clinician and mental health provider of more than 15 years combined experience, I am competent and prepared to provide the assistance and support needed for individuals to learn and develop healthy ways of coping with daily stresses, life changes, and other difficulties that affect mental and emotional well-being. I am committed to aiding those who have been marginalized, traumatized, or simply need to identify effective ways of coping with their lives. It is my profession to provided clinical counseling and it is my passion to see my patients live healthy, happy lives. Successful relationships depend on the ability to express oneself effectively, actively listen to your partner, and expressing mutual regard for one another's needs and feelings.
