Greetings! I have 25+ years of counseling experience, and have worked with couples/relationship counseling for many years. I graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Masters in Counseling, the top of my class. My approaches vary and depend on what would work with/for you, so it's a collaborative approach. My style is friendly, non-judgmental and very interactive. During my years of counseling experience, I have found that many of us are on a journey of self-discovery as a couple and sometimes we get stuck, the rocks on the path seem to be just too overwhelming, or we're at a cross-roads or the road needs to become more interesting. I would like to help you find your solutions so your joy can return. My approaches consist of rational-emotive therapy (REBT), solution-focused, Motivational Interviewing, Loss and Grief, Mindfulness, and spirituality (if appropriate).

After only one session it appears that he knows where we need to improve and provided relevant readings that were spot on. So far so good!
Chris was very genuine and allowed us to work on our issues at a pace that felt comfortable while offering tangible tools/insights to help us improve our relationship.
