People are designed to be relational and deserve to be happy with those closest to them. Improving effective communication is one of the first steps to improving interactions.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have had the opportunity to help couples identify where they are and where they are going. I have helped couples discover how generational patterns, unhealed wombs, and specific needs impact the quality of their relationship.
My approach combines with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, Solution-focused, Psychodynamic, and Structural Therapy. It is my desire to meet you where you are and help you reach your goals.
