Relationships bring out the best and worst in us at times. It is necessary to engage in personal and partnership tune-ups to have positive relationships with yourself and others. Some challenges are easier to navigate with a professional support system. I partner with couples and individuals dealing with relationship issues that are impacting their mental health. We work together to help restore emotional and mental balance to improve self-concepts; ability to express and relate well to others, and get more out of life.

I am a dual-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Addiction Specialist so that I can help clients improve mental health and overcome problematic behaviors by teaching healthier ways of coping. Using Cognitive-Behavioral methods, DBT Skills Training, and Relapse Prevention Models, services are tailored to your needs.

My goal is to help you Bring Forth a Greater You. As a registered yoga teacher, clients can be guided through stress-reduction exercises during our telehealth sessions. Learn Emotion Regulation, Stress Tolerance, & Interpersonal Effectiveness as you get the right tools to build a solid foundation for a mentally healthier you.

I am typically available for live video and phone sessions Tuesdays through Fridays in the A.M., and respond to messages throughout the day Monday through Friday. I love this platform for my clients because you can send messages to share your thoughts and feelings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
