Hi! My name is Bryan Mall and I serve as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Fairfield, California. Residing in Northern California, I received a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion from San Francisco State University and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Holy Names University. With over 7 years of experience, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addiction, the loss of a loved one, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, sexual trauma, or emotional abuse. Additionally, I have experience dealing with relationship communication issues, infidelity, time management, prioritization, and stage-of-life concerns.
I strive to accept every client, couple, or family as they are; without judgment. Whatever you are struggling with, I honor as your own and wish to walk with you towards awareness and solutions that may work for you. Engaging in therapy takes courage and I fully respect anyone that takes on the challenge. My therapy approach combines CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), humanistic, psychodynamic, existential, somatic, and mindfulness counseling.
I look forward to working with you!

So far I've really enjoyed Dr. Mall's insight and advice on my husband and my issues. Dr. Mall is very respectful and allows us each to address concerns. We feel closer to each other and comfortable discussing anything with Dr. Mall.
