My name is Brittany Phillips. I've been in therapy for approximately 4 years. I've worked in multiple settings, psychiatric hospitals, rehab facilities, community, and state agencies. I approach therapy from the focus that it is a collaborative effort between I and the client. In couples therapy, I encourage being open with all parties involved, provide psycho-education on proper communication, setting boundaries, and being sensitive to one another's needs. Hopefully, we can work together soon.
