Brenda has been a life changing support for my girlfriend and I. We have met emotional outbursts with discussion techniques and rational mind with her guidance. I know we wouldn't be as far as we are without Brenda talking us through the steps, and encouraging our growth through it all.

With any couple's issues, it feels like there's a thousand little things at once. Brenda is very good at helping us get to the heart of issues, and focusing our attention on the deeper causes instead of the smaller symptoms/minutia. She's also been great for meeting us where we're at emotionally. Non-judgmental of different personal lifestyle choices, and supportive of difficult circumstances.
