I have worked with couples for over ten years. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I use two treatment approaches CBT and Narrative Therapy. CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is the most common one amongst therapist as it helps an individual to challenge thoughts and emotions that may lead to undesirable behaviors. I enjoy using narrative therapy as this approach helps individuals write or re-write their story to a more desirable one. As long as a individual is commit to making some changes I also make that same commitment to help in the ways that I am professionally able too.
