I not only bring my professional experience to the table, I have also been married for over 28 years.

My counseling style is calm, compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe in working with couples to help them make desired changes to their life story. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach because when we change our thoughts, we change our actions which may change our outcomes. Of utmost importance is that I provide a safe space for couples to feel comfortable sharing and working through their issues.

I've enjoyed working with Barbara. She's taught us so many techniques to handle situations as they arise. I can truly see a difference from when we started. It helps so much that the both of us want this to work.
