About Me

Hey there. Thanks for checking out my page and for reaching out to Regain for support. It is not easy to decide to look to others for help for your relationship and to open yourself up to an individual that you do not know. Sharing your life and partner's life can be a very difficult decision, And usually when you've reached this decision, most times it has become pretty overwhelming. I am here to help you sort those things out and make you and your partner's life more manageable. You can start to breathe a sign of relief.

I am a client-centered, licensed therapist which means I am directed by YOU. You call the shots. You and your partner tell me what you two want to work on and what is most important to you. Then I use my 10+ years of experience to determine how to make things better for your relationship. I have worked in a psychiatric inpatient setting with people who have specific diagnosable conditions as well as working in an outpatient setting providing therapy to individuals in the community where anxiety, depression, substance abuse and trauma were very prevalent. I have used Trauma-based treatment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Strength-based Therapy. I tailor my treatment to what is most helpful to you and your partner based on my training and experience.

I look forward to the opportunity to improve upon your life and relationships. Take care.

I have found Ashley to be approachable and comforting. She quickly understands what the issues are and gently, but is not afraid to call out unhealthy behavior. I have gotten to know myself better working with Ashley.
