I get it. Relationships can be difficult to manage at times due to various reasons. I have found in my clinical experience that ineffective communication is the number one reason for failed relationships/marriages. It is amazing how we can find it surprisingly easy to communicate with others in our lives(i.e. friends, family members, co-workers, etc) but we struggle the most to talk with the person who most times means the most to us. I am here to help you navigate through your relationship issues to help you guys reconnect with one another, establish intimacy, and trust among one another.

My primary focus throughout the counseling process is to ensure that I am developing and nurturing our therapeutic relationship. I believe that the therapeutic relationship should be positive and strong in order for effectively facilitate counseling interventions and techniques. I take a holistic approach in order to reach emotional, mental, and physical wellness. I am well versed in different counseling interventions such as Cognitive-Behaivoral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I operate from a strengths-based and individualistic approach in order to empower you to find the best solutions that work for you. Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Ariana Spencer. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.

Written on Feb 18, 2020 after therapy with Ariana for 2 weeks on issues concerning relationship

I've only been working with Ariana a couple weeks. She has been helpful in just that short amount of time. She has worked with my schedule to get a live session in. She answers my questions and responds to my concerns, offering help and advice. My experience with her has been wonderful.
