ABOUT ME
I have been practicing therapy for over 20 years in multiple capacities. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor whose assisted clients in learning new skills to manage symptoms of substance abuse, anger, depression, anxiety, stress and grief. It is an honor to assist you in your journey toward healing, insight, and empowerment. I have also assisted couples and families in improving communication through learning and building relationship skills. I respect how difficult it is to reach out for help to someone who you are not familiar. As a therapist, I strive to assist you in connecting with the strengths you already possess as well as learning new techniques to assist you in achieving your goals. I commend your courage for taking the first steps towards positive change through therapy.
