Couples go through many changes and stages of life so it is important they grow together and not apart. If you are going through life changes as a couple and you would like some guidance, I can help. I have assisted couples of all cultures, gender, sexual orientation and ages work through their differences and help them to identify what is important to self and also their partner. Helping to create a life balance of "what you want" and "what your partner wants" as you grow through your stages of life has been my counseling journey. I am an LMHC (Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor) with 25 years of counseling experience. I can help.
