Anita has had over 20 years of experience working with couples to instigate true and lasting change. So many times couples are given communication techniques that rarely work with average the human being. The most well intentioned communication strategies end in a stalemate. This happens partly because therapy fails to take into account issues such as temperament, the unique history each person, gender differences, and the like can have on the relationship. Also therapists like to use generic techniques independent of tailoring to the specific couple or individual.
