Amy is kind but also firm. She has really helped my partner and I talk about the hard things with honesty. She takes time to address both of our thoughts and feelings. I would definitely recommend her, and really appreciate her candor.

My wife and I have been talking to Amy Settles for about a year. We were dealing with relationship issues and some mental health problems. Things are so much better for both of us thanks to her excellent guidance and encouragement. She is tough with us when she needs to be even when it is uncomfortable for us. Still she remains a staunch advocate for our positive wellbeing. We are very grateful for the help she gives us and can recommend her sincerely.

We got matched with Amy and could not be happier with the care we are receiving! We know that we have a journey of growth together but we happy that we have Amy guiding us on it!

Amy is absolutely AMAZING in every single way. Coming into therapy, we did not know what to expect and were incredibly nervous about the process and if this would actually "work" for us. From the start, Amy has been the most honest and intentional therapist and has made an incredibly tough situation feel so easy to navigate and grow from. Our weekly sessions have been constructive, MUCH NEEDED, and 100% worth it.

So much progress has been made in such a short time, and it is all because of Amy! I will recommend her to anyone who is seeking counseling and will continue to go to her. She has become someone that we look forward to sharing the good and bad news with, knowing that she will show support and give the best guidance no matter the circumstance.

I could not recommend her enough and hope that everyone gets to work with someone like her in their lifetime.
