Amy Coppinger

About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with 10 years of experience working as a Therapist and Supervisor for a non-profit community behavioral health agency. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, self- esteem, career challenges and addiction. I have worked with couples to improve communication in their relationships.
My counseling style is warm and attentive. I am very easy going and I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I do not believe in one size fits all treatment, so I will work hard to adjust treatment to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I know how scary change can be, especially without support and motivation along the way. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
