I have experience in helping clients, couples and families with anxiety, depression, motivation, self esteem, concentration, memory, focus and more due to conditions such as (adhd), autism spectrum disorder, dyslexia, trauma, transition issues related to the above-mentioned, LBGQTI+, disabilities, TBI, identity issues and more. I am a warm, intense listener and carer, that endeavors to work with my clients to create an open, safe, and sensory soothing environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I have only had 2 sessions with Dr, Scharf right now so hard to give a full review however both sessions she has been very welcoming , has made me feel very comfortable.
