These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Alan Brailsford de Lopez. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
Alan is a lovely guy, who instantly put me at ease. He had messaged me a few times before our first video session, which helped relieve the anxiety of having to chat with some one new online. He listens, and helps me think differently. I’m looking forward to more sessions with Alan, learning new ways to help myself.
I am so glad we were matched with Alan. He gave us the communication tools and safe space we needed to navigate some hard issues.
He is an excellent listener and was able to help us hear and understand each other in new and helpful ways.
We cannot recommend him enough, he helped us get to place where we are closer to each other than ever.
If we need any help in the future we will definitely be going back to Alan! :)
Alan is a very thoughtful and caring therapist. He goes the extra mile to ensure that all parties feel safe and cared for. After having had some challenging experiences with therapists in the past, he helped me regain faith in the value of therapy.
Alan is great and helped us so much so far
We've just finished our 4th session and it is with the utmost gratitude that we are expressing how Alan has helped us. Our relationship was at its lowest and we didn't know if we could come back from this but Alan allowed us to open up in a safe space and each session was more and more positive.
We now enjoy each other's company and look forward to be reunited when apart. It is of course a work in progress but we are very positive in the way our relationship will evolve. Thank you Alan for making this happen.
Alan is kind and willing to listen. Just another human being trying to help others. I appreciate the time and effort as we navigate our lives.
