“My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness”

Dr. Boring-Bray has been an advocate for mental health wellness for several years and is still active in the field. Her vision for mental health would be one of no stigma and accessibility for all regardless of income or insurance. She believes that when the world starts to view mental health care as self-care rather than reactionary care, the stigma will be gone and individuals will no longer be in fear of reaching out for help.

Mental health and wellness are for everyone, every day. It's how we should roll!
