Mental health & wellness are essential aspects of living a fulfilled life. Because we live during challenging social and economic times, it is more important than ever to take proper care of yourself, so you can make the best choices to achieve your goals. People should continue to advocate for quality care and support for anyone dealing with mental health challenges. Your health is your wealth. I commend those who want to improve any aspect of their well-being including mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
