Professional Experience

For more than twenty years, Stephanie Haywood has held various positions in the Social Services industry including Individual and Group Counselor, Supervisor, Trainer, Employee Assistant Program Account Manager and Focus Group Leader. Stephanie also was part of a private practice team where she provided individual, marital, and family counseling. Stephanie’s passion is to use her God-given skills, gifts, and talents with a focus on Christian Counseling, Training and Seminar Speaking.

She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator in her professional life. In addition, Stephanie is an online adjunct instructor as well as an online counselor for “Better Help” also utilizing faith-based counseling skills through the platform of “Faithful Counseling.”In this area of mental health and wellness, Stephanie uses Cognitive-Behavioral therapy as well as Mindfulness as strong approaches to the counseling process believing the human being is comprised of Mind, Body, and Spirit.


Stephanie Haywood holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Loyola University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also holds licensure credentials with the State of Illinois.
