Robin Brock has more than 15 years experience as a mental health professional. Her work has included private practice, Program Manager in a non-profit social service organization, as well as a provider for the online counseling platform BetterHelp.com.
"Counseling is my passion. I have devoted my career to working with others to alleviate depression, stress, anxiety, family dysfunction, motivation issues, low self-esteem, and confidence."
Robin Brock holds a Bachelors of Science in both Psychology and Sociology as well as a Masters of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati.
Her post-secondary training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy from the Beck Institute and numerous courses on Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Telehealth.

My clients and I partner to design changes that create a life of balance and wellness. To slow down life so that they can experience its beauties and appreciate the positive. This creates the space and energy that they need to deal with the everyday stresses that we all experience.
Negative and traumatic life experiences need examination and often a correction in perspective to heal the damage done. We have the capacity to become stronger and use those experiences to grow wisdom within us."
