“My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness”

Nicole Johnson prides herself on being a solution-focused therapist with an emphasis on a strength-based approach, “I believe that regardless of the problems we face, there is a solution to relieve or correct the stressors, hurt and or damage. With my collaboration, clients are able to identify their own strengths, resiliency, and resources to improve any situation causing distress”.

Nicole is also a huge proponent for coaching outside the box, which makes virtual therapy models so appealing and has inspired the launch of her own virtual based coaching for children and families via Blue Pearl Therapy LLC. “Meet the client where they are at, no I mean REALLY where they are at!”
