"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"

For me, life is all about balance. We as people and we as practitioners need to start not only living our best life but teaching others how to live with mental health issues rather than suffer from mental health issues. We need to start really identifying ourselves with who we are, and not so much by what we do, or what has happened to us, or our life choices. That's where the wellness comes in. Once we tap into making good choices for ourselves, keeping thing simple, working hard, playing hard, learning how to be bored or just be, and keeping it all in balance then we can say we are truly living our best and most authenticate lives.
