Professional Experience
Lisa's therapeutic experience has been diverse and has included work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Lisa has 11 years experience in the Social Work field in the areas of child welfare, advocacy, prevention, crisis management, and mental health services. She is dedicated to advocating for social justice and attempts to foster personal growth and individual empowerment in others. Lisa is passionate about clinical work and has specialized in the areas of addiction and recovery, sexual abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and suicide prevention. In practice, Lisa is committed to providing a safe environment for those she works with and utilizes Solution-focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, meditation skills development and Systems approach to tailor a specific treatment approach for each client.

Lisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University.
