"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"

Ms. Daniels’ philosophy on mental health and wellness focuses on seeing the problem as separate from the person. She believes that people are the experts of their own lives and chooses to sit in a place of curiosity to help people uncover already present strengths or develop new approaches to life's challenges. She is passionate about working collaboratively with those who consult her and fostering a non-pathologizing and safe environment for people to have honest and sometimes painful conversations with the goal of reclaiming lost strengths, uncovering possibilities, and constructing the life they want to live.
