"My Philosophy on Mental Health & Wellness"
My belief is that no one "needs" counseling, but that everyone DESERVES it. I have more than 16 years of experience providing individual and family counseling to children, teens, and families. The foundation of my counseling philosophy is that "anyone can overcome anything". I believe strongly that each child and family have inherent strengths and abilities to overcome life's most difficult challenges.
