I am a mental health therapist licensed in Illinois with over 7 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with couples with a wide range of concerns including infidelity, intimacy issues, and working through past traumas.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe that counseling should be a safe space for all partners. I have experience with many types of relationships including various alternative lifestyles. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in allowing therapy to be a place to argue. Listening to people holistically allows everyone's narrative to be heard. My approach combines person centered, strength based, mindfulness, psychodynamic modalities in addition to acceptance and commitment therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
Relationships are important for everyone involved. There is no one right way to express love, intimacy, or happiness. There is always a way to work towards an improved accord with communication and respect. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Final answer yet to be determined, everything is great so far.
This is my first experience with therapy, and Addison has giving me such a great welcome. He has spoken to me about my problems, in depth, and continues to amaze me with the advice that he presents. He is truly an amazing individual who deserves the utmost respect.
